Assemblies of the International Federation of Arbitration Institutions (IFCAI)

On March 25, 2024, another meeting of the General Assembly of the International Federation of Arbitration Institutions (IFCAI) was held.

ICAC, as a long-standing member of the International Federation of Arbitration Institutions (IFCAI), was represented by Deputy Chairman Volodymyr Nagnybida.

Representatives of the world’s leading arbitration centers took part in the meeting. In addition to the current issues of the International Federation of Arbitration Institutions, special attention was paid to the further development of arbitration as an effective way of resolving international disputes and the participation of the International Federation of Arbitration Institutions in regional and world arbitration forums, in particular in the Arbitration Congress, which will be held in São Paulo (Brazil) in October 2024.

The participation of a representative of ICAC in the work of the General Assembly of the International Federation of Arbitration Institutions (IFCAI) is a significant event that testifies to ICAC’s integration into the global processes of the development of arbitration and stability in promoting it as the most effective way to resolve international disputes, despite the challenges of martial law.
