Issuing Opinions on the establishment of market prices for goods, works and services shall be on letterhead of the CHAMBER with the use of symbols and trade names of the company. The cost is negotiable.

Document, namely: Opinion about establishment of market prices for goods, works and services according to their legal essence is nothing other than a quote request, and therefore is required in accordance with paragraph 34 of article 1 of the Law of Ukraine “On public procurement” in all cases, the tender!!! Another possible application.
